I just wanted to say how happy I am with the training that I
got from BSN. Recently I went to my first IBBA conference
in Reno, Nevada. Since I've only been a broker for a little
more than a year, I went there to meet people who were more
experienced and successful than me and to learn a lot.
Well, I did learn a lot and one thing I learned was that my
BSN training was the best training I could get to start my
business. As I talked with people I found that most of them
didn't get the leads or the listings that I was getting or
even know some of the ways that I get listings. Many of the
people weren't equipped to work for themselves and had to
give half of their commissions to their firms. If they had
gone to BSN training they wouldn't be giving up half their
