This is our comprehensive 3-day session that includes leads, guaranteed sale and support etc. The BSN trainers and you spend three days of training catered to immediate success. To accomplish this guaranteed sale we will provide you a large amount of leads via our marketing department. While too early to forecast, we are estimating 3-4 sales from the leads we provide (estimates based on the average number of leads per broker factored with the averages of lead to sale). This, of course, assumes perfect follow up with the lead as set out in training. We will pay your 3 nights lodging. Training Venue: All training, unless otherwise agreed upon, takes place in our new office at 1167 Union Road in West Seneca NY with lodging at the Hampton Inn on Ridge Rd in West Seneca NY. The office and hotel are 5 minutes apart and 15 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and less than 30 minutes from Niagara Falls or Buffalo NY.

Home Site Option: We have and will come to train you in your hometown. There is an extra $800 training fee (covers training facility expense BUT this fee is waved if you have a suitable training facility) and you are responsible for our airfare/mileage and lodging. This is a perfect option if you want more than yourself trained or if your schedule does not provide much leeway.
