Utilizing Agents and Managers

While it is important that you receive the comprehensive training and support that we provide, many new and existing brokers seek our advice on how incorporate agents - even sales managers - into their business brokerage. Because of this demand, we have added a new section to our curriculum and support titled Using Agents.

A business broker sales agent is an independent contractor of the business broker who is locked into the business broker by an Independent Contractor's Agreement. Our sales agent process is very unique in that it does NOT incur additional expenses to you YET it attracts potential agents because they are not responsible for generating their own leads - you will do this. It's the best of all situations - you have more listings and sales and the agent has all hot leads to work.

Agents are NOT a necessity but may be needed now or later as your brokerage grows.

This is the same system we use in the Western New York markets through our local business broker offices. We have 4 agents covering Buffalo NY, Rochester NY and Erie PA.
