This is a comprehensive guide authored by BSN that walks a seller through the pitfalls of trying to sell their business on their own then walks them into the reasons to use a business brokers and what to look for in a good business broker. This is our newest marketing piece designed to get a seller listing with you. BSN brokers can post this on their site AND use it in their marketing presentations.

 The Buyer Guide – Our brokers now have access to The Guide To Buying A Business. This guide is a step by step tutorial that advises a business buyer on what to look for in buying a business and the differences between a good and bad business broker. This is another new marketing piece that develops trust in a buyer when using the BSN broker – it increases the offer rate. BSN brokers can post this on their site AND use it in their buyer interviews.
